Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, our store does not offer returns or exchanges on our products for hygiene and safety reasons. To ensure all our customers receive brand-new, unworn products, all shapewear purchases are considered final once delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review the size guide before placing an order. If you require assistance with sizing, please contact us at contourluxe5921@gmail.com prior to purchase — our customer service team is highly responsive and always happy to assist you in choosing the correct size.

Exception – Defective or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at contourluxe5921@gmail.com, along with clear photos showing the issue. All claims are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline requests where the item is not deemed defective or faulty following inspection. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, a full refund will be issued.
